From an early breakfast to a late walking dinner, we are happy to take care of the catering for your event. We gladly create a tailor-made proposal, fully aligned with your specific needs and budget.

Seminar catering

We are happy to take care of the full catering for your seminar or conference. Your guests are welcomed with a warm coffee, take a break with lunch or end the day with a networking reception. One less thing to worry about.

Stand catering

We can also provide catering for your exhibitors during trade fairs, right at their stand! In addition to our standard offering, we can create a tailored proposal for them. From chilled drinks and reception bites to even a full dinner - we take care of everything at the stand.

ARCHITECT@WORK

ARCHITECT@WORK is an exclusive, high-end trade event aimed at (interior) architects, engineers and specifiers, with a strong focus on product innovations. They make use of Hall 4, Hall 5, and the convenient passage between them, the Transit.

Trade event for the interior design sector

Hall 3 was transformed by event agency ComEmotion into a stunning and unique corporate event. More than 900 guests enjoyed live performances and acts while savoring a walking dinner provided by our in-house catering. Mobile catering points were installed throughout the hall. The spacious South entrance was used for access control.

XXL

Boektopia

Boektopia has now been held in Kortrijk Xpo for 5 editions! They use Halls 1, 2, 3 and 6 for the fair and the children’s play area. The MC rooms and the XXL serve as the setting for book signings, presentations and interviews. Visitors can easily find their way thanks to the direct connection between all the spaces used.
