6 halls: versatility at its best

 

Our campus features 6 distinct halls, each with its own character and atmosphere. As no two halls are alike, you will always find the perfect match for your event at Kortrijk Xpo. Whether large or small, sleek or creative: thanks to the flexible layout and extensive technical facilities, each hall can be perfectly tailored to your concept.

Meeting center: 5 rooms, endless possibilities

Our Meeting Center adapts to your agenda. You can use our 5 rooms separately or easily combine them — it’s up to you. Thanks to our modern audiovisual technology, every meeting, training or keynote runs smoothly. Exactly as you envisioned it.

Rambla: covered boulevard

The Rambla not only connects all the halls, but also serves as the beating heart of Kortrijk Xpo. A lively, covered boulevard where visitors meet, network or take a moment to relax. Its strategic location and two entrances make the Rambla extremely versatile. Use it as additional exhibition space or as an inviting catering area.

The Greenhouse: Fast Gourmet Kitchen

Our exhibition restaurant combines the speed of a self-service concept with the quality of a great bistro kitchen. Ideal for busy event or trade fair days: enjoy delicious food without compromising on time or experience.

Are pets allowed at Kortrijk Xpo?

Pets are generally not allowed at Kortrijk Xpo during trade fairs and events. Only officially recognized assistance dogs are permitted as an exception.

Are there parking spaces for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available at every entrance. Please check the “Accessibility & parking” page for the detailed site plan.

Is there a kiss & ride zone?

We do not have a dedicated kiss & ride zone, but you can drop someone off using the taxi zones along President Kennedylaan. Please note that it's not allowed to park you car there.

Are your halls wheelchair accessible?

Of course, all our halls and entrances are wheelchair accessible. Each restroom block also includes an accessible toilet.

Where can I file a complaint?

We are always open to improvements and feedback. You can easily fill in the contact form at the bottom of this page and select “complaint” as the subject.

What do you do with lost property?

After each trade fair or event, we collect lost property at our reception desk. You can contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or visit our reception during office hours to check whether your item has been found.

Can I charge my car in your parking area?

Yes, we have several charging stations spread across our parking area. To use them, you will need a charging card. At the exit near McDonald’s, there is a Tesla Supercharger station. These chargers are available for all electric vehicles. To charge there, you will need either a charging card or the Tesla app, where you can add a payment method.

Bereikbaarheid & parking

Of je nu met de wagen, het openbaar vervoer of de fiets komt, Kortrijk Xpo is steeds probleemloos bereikbaar.

Geschiedenis

Net als Rome werd ook Kortrijk Xpo niet op één dag gebouwd. Sinds de start in 1967 is onze site dan ook sterk geëvolueerd: van onze allereerste hal tot het veelzijdige complex van 40.000 m² dat het vandaag is.
