TVH Staff Party

Hall 4
Client
TVH Parts & ComEmotion

With over 3,000 attendees, this was one of the largest staff parties ever organised in West Flanders. For this, TVH Parts was of course in the right place at Kortrijk Xpo. Hall 4 was transformed by event agency ComEmotion into a fairytale-like universe.

The Way to Heaven

Under the theme “The Way to Heaven”, employees were taken on a psychedelic journey between the earthly and the heavenly realm. More than 40 acrobats brought this celestial atmosphere to life with aerial silk acts, trampoline stunts, tightrope walking 10 metres above the ground… This massive event is one we will never forget.

Hall 4

Originally, Hall 4 dates back to 1988. However, in 2005 it was replaced by a completely new structure, doubling its capacity to nearly 8,000 m² of covered exhibition space.
