Voka New Year’s Reception

Hall 6

XXL

It is and remains an honour for us to welcome Voka West-Vlaanderen for their annual New Year’s reception, where more than 1,000 entrepreneurs come together. For several years now, Voka and event agency ComEmotion have chosen to combine the XXL Hall with Hall 6.

The perfect combo

Thanks to its size, Hall 6 is perfect for comfortably seating more than 1,000 guests for the content-driven part of the evening. The networking event took place in the XXL Hall. Guests can move smoothly thanks to the direct connection via the Meeting Center lobby.

Hall 6

This hall was completed in 1991. A real eye-catcher is its striking yellow roof structure. Hall 6 includes an additional space, the forum, and is directly connected to the Meeting Center.

XXL

With 2,000 m² of open space, our most recent event hall from 2009 is suitable for any type of event. The XXL Hall is naturally filled with daylight, but can be transformed into a black box in no time.
