Our XXL Hall offered ample space to host an extensive breakfast for more than 1,000 VIP guests. Our spacious parking area completed the picture, as VIPs could park right in front of the entrance and our parking served as a central hub for VIP buses heading to the race course.
It is and remains an honour for us to welcome Voka West-Vlaanderen for their annual New Year’s reception, where more than 1,000 entrepreneurs come together. For several years now, Voka and event agency ComEmotion have chosen to combine the XXL Hall with Hall 6.
Electro Depot invited their employees to Kortrijk Xpo for plenary sessions, informal gatherings between colleagues and a walking dinner followed by an afterparty. They made use of the XXL Hall and the MC rooms, with an extension into part of Hall 6.

Boektopia has now been held in Kortrijk Xpo for 5 editions! They use Halls 1, 2, 3 and 6 for the fair and the children’s play area. The MC rooms and the XXL serve as the setting for book signings, presentations and interviews. Visitors can easily find their way thanks to the direct connection between all the spaces used.
Hall 3 was transformed by event agency ComEmotion into a stunning and unique corporate event. More than 900 guests enjoyed live performances and acts while savoring a walking dinner provided by our in-house catering. Mobile catering points were installed throughout the hall. The spacious South entrance was used for access control.
ARCHITECT@WORK is an exclusive, high-end trade event aimed at (interior) architects, engineers and specifiers, with a strong focus on product innovations. They make use of Hall 4, Hall 5, and the convenient passage between them, the Transit.

The Greenhouse has 272 seats and overlooks Hall 1 and Hall 2.
