All MC rooms open onto the outdoor terrace and garden, which can also be used for a reception, barbecue, etc. The Meeting Center lobby, in turn, provides the ideal setting for coffee breaks. The strength of our MC rooms lies in their versatility. They are not only perfectly suited for receptions or walking dinners, but also offer, thanks to their professional setup, the ideal setting for small-scale meetings and training sessions.
This hall was completed in 1991. A real eye-catcher is its striking yellow roof structure. Hall 6 includes an additional space, the forum, and is directly connected to the Meeting Center.
Originally, Hall 4 dates back to 1988. However, in 2005 it was replaced by a completely new structure, doubling its capacity to nearly 8,000 m² of covered exhibition space.
This hall was built in 1974 in the same style as Hall 1. The characteristic wooden structures by Decoene are also a real eye-catcher in Hall 2, where they adorn the entire ceiling.
This is our smallest hall, dating back to the late 1980s. Its striking yellow roof structure gives the hall a unique character.
This event hall, designed by the architectural firm Goddeeris, was built in 1999.
This hall carries a rich history, as it is the place where the success story of our site began in 1967. That historical value is still tangible today in its unique architecture.
With 2,000 m² of open space, our most recent event hall from 2009 is suitable for any type of event. The XXL Hall is naturally filled with daylight, but can be transformed into a black box in no time.
Boektopia is returning to Kortrijk Xpo, and we are very pleased about it. The now well-known book festival will take place in 2026, traditionally during the autumn holidays, for six days in Kortrijk. Afterwards, Boektopia will close its doors for a few days before reopening for another six days in Antwerp. With this new format, the organisation aims to expand its reach and give even more book lovers across Flanders the opportunity to visit the event.
